View Vienna Stormwater Management Plan

Vienna Township has been issued a permit from the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) for stormwater management within Vienna Township.  Below you will find the application and all materials submitted as part of it.  If you see someone discharging something into or there is the potential for discharge into our storm sewers please contact our building department ASAP at 810-686-7676.  The Vienna Township Board has passed an ordinance against illicit discharges into our storm system.  If found guilty of performing an illicit discharge, you may be fined and/or prosecuted.

As part of this application, Vienna Township has adopted via resolution the Genesee County Storm Water and Flood Control Design Standards.
