NOTICE OF FINAL READING AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE # 460

At a Regular Meeting, on Monday, November 13, 2023, The Vienna Township Board held the final reading and adopted ordinance #460 to prohibit the possession, use, purchase, cultivation, processing, transporting, or selling of marihuana by persons under the age of 21 and provide penalties for violation thereof.
